stephanie began her yoga practice over 13 years ago, forever curious and constantly exploring! she graduated from the yogaworks 300hr professional program in 2010 at yoga source, where she also completed her 200hr teacher training in 2003.

she is indebted with gratitude to all of her teachers she has met on her yoga journey. stephanie is devoted to broadening her understanding and practice of yoga so she can fulfill her passion to serve as an inspiration to everyone on their yoga journey.
