why i practice
i practice yoga to feel easeful in my body, peaceful in my thoughts and open in my heart. i practice to connect to my true self and so i can relate to others from a place of love and compassion.
why i teach
i teach yoga to help students feel strong, connected and peaceful in their bodies and their lives. i enjoy making poses accessible to all levels with the use of props and giving hands on adjustments. sharing the boundless benefits of yoga with others brings me a sense of purpose and joy.
