why i practice
yoga helps me move away from being attached to my mind and guides me into a moving meditation that is more soft, more grounded and more quiet within. i practice so that i can quite my thoughts on the mat and have that space transfer to the business of my daily life. i practice so that i can learn to unconditionally love myself and therefor practice to give unconditional love and light to others.
why i teach
i teach to hold a space for students that is safe so that they may find empowerment, stability, flexibility and a mental quieting. i love guiding students through a practice that will not only stimulate and open the body, but will also help individuals connect with who they really are.
