Within this Hatha class, you will learn traditional postures and techniques that offer you a well-rounded, safe and balanced practice. Begin here building strength, stamina and flexibility by learning the basics of hatha yoga ~ postures (asana), breath work (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana). Taught on a rotational basis by our graduates of the YogaWorks 300-hr. Professional Program, each teacher will safely lead you through basic breathing exercises and postures while catering to your individual needs. Every class will close with final relaxation. Occasionally, traditional chants and guided meditation may be incorporated before and after the physical practice of postures.
