In our fast paced world, kids need the tools you learn in yoga to cope with stress, anxiety, self confidence and frustration.
Yoga teaches children to look within to see their own light through movement, breath, deep relaxation and meditation. Inspirational stories are read with some discussion, games are played and songs sung to teach the philosophy of yoga. It's important to teach children how to live with a peaceful mind, easeful body and compassion for all living things.
Note: Please have your child avoid eating sugary foods or drinks and processed foods 2 hrs prior to class. |
