tweens yoga
10-13 year

By attending this 8-week session your 10-12 year-old will develop confidence, a strong and healthy body, greater concentration and will learn tools to combat stress and face life’s challenges.

Studies show yoga helps kids: learn to take care of their bodies and challenges them with poses to develop confidence in a non-competitive environment; develop more focus and let go of distractions and worries giving them the ability to concentrate longer; and it will help your child learn how to relax and manage their emotions through breath. Each class will build on the next and will contain plenty of fun especially created to engage your tween!
