class description


slow flow

A slower, yet still challenging, approach to vinyasa yoga. This flowing practice will emphasize breath and alignment as well as endurance and deep release. Move inwards and enjoy fluidity in movement and breath while you gain strength and flexibility.

By the end of class you should feel refreshed, relaxed and ready to flow back into the world!
