class description


vinyasa

A vigorous, heat-building practice sequenced to align breath with movement.


level 1 ~ beginner
Start here to build strength, stamina and flexibility by learning the basics of hatha yoga ~ postures (asana), breath work (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana).

level 1-2 ~ continuing beginner
Refine the basics and continue building your practice. Intermediate asana introduced.

level 2 ~ intermediate
You have a strong foundation and a developed degree of strength, stamina and flexibility that allows for refinement. Includes forward bends, twists, backbends and inversions.

level 2-3 ~ continuing intermediate
At this level, you are refining intermediate asanas, can confidently hold Sirsasana (headstand) and push up into Urdhva Dhanurasana (upward facing bow).
