Yoga seeks a unity of mind, body, and spirit by working on one's individual process which flows from Foundation through Precision to Expansion.


all levels

Students of all abilities, from the new beginner to the experience advanced. Classes include: Gentle, Intregral®, Prenatal, Restoratives, and Restoratives & Meditation.

level 1 ~ beginner

Start here to build strength, stamina and flexibility by learning the foundations ~ postures (asana), breath work (pranayama) and relaxation (savasana).

level 1-2 ~ continuing beginner

Refine the basics and continue building your practice. Intermediate asana introduced. Or for those seeking a special class focus: Core Flow™, Pranayama, Slow Flow, and Yin-Yang.

level 2 ~ intermediate

You have a strong foundation and a developed degree of strength, stamina and flexibility that allows for precise refinement. Includes forward bends, twists, backbends, and inversions.

level 2-3 ~ continuing intermediate

At this level, you are refining intermediate asanas, can confidently hold Sirsasana (headstand) and push up into Urdhva Dhanurasana (upward facing bow).

level 3 ~ advanced

For the experienced student strong in intermediate asana. Expand your practice and transform yourself.
