cultivate the ground

move in sync with the revelatory power of the earth through hip openers and twists. the grounding quality of these postures release tension and cultivate inner space, quiet, and wholeness.

plant the seed and root down
sat 10-1 pm $50
inversions regenerate and renew, and flush the body and mind clear of stagnation. connect with your deep inner seeds of stability and draw on the strength of the earth as you prepare to turn yourself upside down.

nurture the landscape
sat 3-5 pm $40
release into the warm embrace of mother earth. in this afternoon class of forward bends and restorative postures, nuture your inner landscape to restore and replenish your energy.
