finding a delicate perching point within the human body requires strength, flexibility, and skill. tapas can be described as the willingness to endure intensity for the sake of transformation. by learning to integrate the elements of tapasya - ujayii breath, bhandas, dristi & heat - you will establish the necessary internal awareness needed to gracefully balance from your center. discover the root and rebound effect needed to fly as you flow through a heated vinyasa sequence of standing balances to arm balances. by skillfully exploring your edge, you’ll face your fears of arm balancing and make peace with your limitations. as you test your perceived boundaries, you will develop a deeper understanding of your vast potential.

    • all students must check in at the front desk before entering the classroom
    • if you need to cancel your enrollment, please contact the studio before the start of the event. all cancellations will be charged a one time $5 administrative fee
    • for cancellations: refunds issued before 3/06. credits issued after 3/06. no credits issued on or after 3/16.
