free introductory classes

are you new to yoga or a particular style or teacher?

every month, we offer a free class to introduce you to the basics of hatha yoga, highlighting a particular style taught by our educated instructors. our teachers bring their experience and joy of the practice to share with anyone new or not so new, to yoga.

  • no experience necessary. all levels welcome.
  • registration not required. spaces limited, so come early!
  • new students please arrive 15 minutes early

    vinyasa yoga with sonja stoeckli
    learn the fundamentals of a vinyasa flow practice; coordinate breathing with simple movements, break down the components of a sun salutation, and learn foundational postures and relaxation.
