Let's join in community for an outdoor practice in celebration of our Great Mother Earth!
Yoga Source Instructors Yaco Murphy and Paula Millar will offer a grounding experience that incorporates tai chi, asana and breathwork under the canopy of trees in honor of our Great Mother. The practice will guide you to feel a deep connection to the earth, to yourself, and to the community all around you! This is event supports the Yoga Source mission to rebuild our beloved community and studio vibe after being distanced for the last two years. Bring your mat, water, blanket and any props you may need.
Free community event; open to all levels. In the event of rain, we will meet at Yoga Source.
