class policies

all fees are non-refundable.

all classes are non-transferable.

attendance

all students must sign-in for class at our front desk before entering the classroom. we keep track of your attendance through our student database. ask us how to access your account and purchase online.

class cancellations

for weather or unusual circumstances, cancellations and changes may be found by visiting our website and viewing our real time schedule. or call our center at 804-359-yoga (9642) to speak with us or listen to our voice mail.

discounts

we offer the following discounts towards a single class ($16) and 4 class package ($58) only at time of purchase:

10% for seniors (65+), k-12 and higher education faculty, carytown & raa employees

20% for college students with current ID (towards a 4 class package; single class student rate is $12)

enrollments

last day to enroll is sunday 4/01.

make-ups: classes missed or cancelled may be made up at in a different class of the same level or lower, any time up before the session ends on sunday 6/10.

extensions

there are no extensions once your package has expired. notice must be given before your package expires to receive an extension. extensions are added to your current package expiration date.

illnesses & injuries: 2-week extension for 1-month packages at no charge.

prenatal bed rest & deliveries: 6-month extension for enrollments or packages with a 1-month expiration date at no charge.

other: due to travel or the unexpected, extend your package that has a 1-month expiration date for a $15 fee per month.

kids & teens

teens aged 13-15 may attend adult classes with their parent or legal guardian. teens aged 16-17 may attend adult classes without their parent or legal guardian.

a parent or legal guardian must fill out and sign their child's new student information form for their child under age 18 to participate.

memberships

memberships are valid for unlimited regularly scheduled classes only and do not include events, workshops and series courses.

member discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or sale offers, or used for teacher trainings.

memberships may begin at any time. auto pay memberships are processed as an automatic charge to your credit card on the 1^st or the 15^th of each month, prorated each day before your first month’s payment.

auto pay freeze/termination: one freeze request allowed when notified 5 business days in advance of your next auto pay. freezes are charged a $15 fee per month and extends your membership term by the number of months frozen. terminations are charged for the month you cancel.

private lessons

re-scheduling & cancellations: we realize life happens and the unexpected occurs. we offer flexibility in scheduling your lesson(s) at a time most convenient for you. however, if circumstances prohibit you from attending your scheduled lesson, we ask that you contact the studio 24 hrs in advance to re-schedule. you may re-schedule one date/time at no additional charge.

subsequent requests to re-schedule will result in a cancellation fee equal to one lesson. if less than 24 hr notice is received, a cancellation fee equal to one lesson will be incurred.
