since 2002

we adhere to the belief that the basis of all good yoga teaching is the teacher's own practice. from 2002-2007, we offered our own 200h and 500h curriculum that exceeded yoga alliance's requirements for certification. our program was designed for the student who was interested in simultaneoulsy deepening and challenging their own practice while learning to teach. our goal was to provide fundamental tools and techniques needed to lead a safe, eclectic and inclusive hatha class, rooted in the ashtanga and iyengar traditions.

then in 2008, we partnered with yogaworks in los angeles. since 1990, theirs is a deep history as an eclectic school that embraces and celebrates many styles of yoga. yogaworks' mission is to provide each yoga teacher with the foundation to teach skillfully with compassion, safety, and integrity, while honoring his or her individual voice and style.
