Each of us has seven energy centers or chakras within our physical bodies. These chakras develop at different times throughout our lives as we develop as people. Chakra development and functioning affects different aspects of our consciousness including our perceptions, feelings, choices, and thoughts. By tuning the chakras we can deepen our understanding of who we are, why we react to situations as we do, and learn tools to bring ourselves back into harmony.

Join Ellie and Jeannine for an energizing and balancing workshop designed to stimulate and open the energy channels within the physical body. The ethereal, healing tones of the singing bowls played during the practice resonate with each of the seven chakras in the body, bringing balance to one’s entire being. This transformational workshop will begin with a brief introduction to the chakras and the crystal singing bowls, followed by a 90-minute, singing bowl-infused, vinyasa practice taught by Ellie. We will end with a 30-minute deep relaxation and meditation accompanied by Jeannine’s bowl playing.

Appropriate for continuing beginners to advanced practicers and teachers. Please call to register.

• Healing Sessions
Healing sessions include the Sounding of the Bowls either half of session, or full session; or you also have the opportunity to enjoy a powerful energetic healing in addition to the Singing Bowls. Jeannine is a Reiki II practitioner, and is trained in Healing Touch, Psychic Surgery, Chakras, and Sound Vibrational Healing. She has been helping and healing souls on all levels through energetics with amazing results for the last 6 years. (30 min - $35; 1 hour - $70)
