draw in ~ shine out: finding the diamond in your practice

Diamonds are one of Mother Nature’s most amazing creations. Elegant and incredibly strong, they create beautiful rainbows as they bend the white light that moves through them. Yoga teaches that within each of us is a diamond strong core of health, wellness, vitality and wisdom. When you discover the dynamic balance of drawing in and shining out from this core, you connect to a powerhouse of energy that can be leveraged to expand your practice and your life to the fullest.

In this workshop, you will discover that energy flows into and out of your core which can deepen your awareness in the poses. We will explore how and where to find your personal center of gravity in a variety of asana. And, using specific alignment and muscular action, we will learn to draw in to that seat of power and shine from there with pure radiance. This practice is mixed level and will include a variety of asana along with some lecture and meditation. Come discover your inner diamond and expand into the fullness of your life!

registration & attendance
Registration required to attend. Please call 804.359.YOGA (9642) to enroll. Spaces limited. Students must check in at the front desk before entering the classroom.

refunds & cancellations
There are no refunds after August 12th. All cancellations will be charged a one time $15 administrative fee. In the event of illness or emergency, credit will be issued to your account only if notified before the start of the workshop. No credits issued on or after August 12th.
