As part of the YogaWorks 300-hr Professional Program, all teachers-in-training will explore their teaching skills and knowledge of the YogaWorks method through a variety of yoga classes. Please join us in January for three free classes led by a team of skilled instructors (and assistants!) who will provide you with an intelligent and safe practice. Each team will help guide you through your practice, give adjustments and assist you in getting the most out of your body. Enjoy a day of yoga, community and classes sure to inspire you towards transformation in the new year!

Here at Yoga Source, we offer one of the world’s most comprehensive Teacher Training Programs for aspiring teachers and serious students of yoga. Our programs are rooted in YogaWorks deep history as an eclectic school that embraces and celebrates many styles of Yoga.
