Ashley Coleman
In 2013, Ashley felt called to sign up for a Yoga 101 course at a community college here in the Richmond area where she was pursuing a Psychology Degree. This was her first experience
of yoga and she immediately began to absorb it's healing benefits. Yoga activated a personal transformation within her and she fell in love with this ancient, holistic practice. She became a Certified 200 Hour Teacher within the same year of finding yoga and truly felt a calling to lead others in their yoga journey. She has been teaching classes and leading workshops around the Richmond area for over 4 years and this past June, she completed her 500 Hour Yoga teacher training in Bradenton, Florida and continues to expand her knowledge on the healing benefits
of this practice.
Being both a student and a teacher of yoga continues to help Ashley find peace within herself. She believes that acceptance is key to the process of self-study and creating health from the inside out. She is dedicated to providing a safe space within her classes to connect back into our inner sanctuary where anything is possible.
