WHICH CLASS IS RIGHT FOR ME?
There are so many types of yoga offered out there, it's hard to know where to begin and which one is for you. Here at Yoga Source, we offer a variety of different traditions of hatha yoga because not everyone is looking for the same practice.
We encourage you to explore our diverse styles and work at a progressive pace. Based on your needs, goals or even your mood, our student advisors are here to help you find a program that works. Discover how a consistent and balanced practice can transform you both inside and out.
WHERE DO I START?
Self-study or svadyaya is an important part of learning the practice of yoga. What we learn, the hows and the whys, are questions any student should ask themselves. Transformation comes with continued self-study not only in your practice but in your own personal growth. Our levels are intended to guide you safely, effectively and intelligently and all of our classes are taught with that in mind. We hope to keep you inspired and curious!
All classes without a level are beginner-friendly and open to everyone. Align+Refine, Flow Basics and Hatha Basics are tailored to the beginning level student.
Level 1/2 = Intermediate - Advanced (1-2+ yrs experience)
Stay inspired with these dynamic classes that build strength, flexibility and endurance. Practice postures with clarity and precision as you deepen your understanding of the yoga philosophy. All classes offered at this level are progressive in nature, offering effective, challenging sequences. Modifications will be offered for continuing beginners-intermediate students while variations will be encouraged for the intermediate-advanced student.
