Patricia loves being—and doing whatever she can to help others find contentment and joy in their own. From ballet, to gymnastics, to all-star cheerleading, she has always found ease in movement. It wasn't until moving to Richmond in 2016 that she found depth in her yoga practice at Yoga Source—a loving and supportive environment that allowed her to truly develop her practice and connection to self. Patricia loves that yoga is a practice both on and off the mat, and encourages her students to take the practice with them, wherever they may go.
