Jamie Lee Salzberg
Jamie began her yoga journey her freshman year of college; she was drawn to it throughout college to help combat stress. In
2014, Jamie finished her 200-hour teacher training at Dragonfly Yoga Studio in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Since then, she has
become certified in Yin Yoga and Barre. She has taught in studios, gyms, offices, and non-profit organizations across the
Commonwealth. Jamie enjoys practicing and teaching a Vinyasa style-flow, Hatha, and Yin classes that focus on
synchronizing breath with movement. As an instructor, Jamie hopes to successfully guide others in a rewarding yoga practice
that will promote vitality, self-love, and peace. While she may be a teacher, Jamie is also a lifelong student eager to learn
more and deepen her asana and meditation practice. What Jamie loves most about yoga is how it has helped her cultivate
self-compassion and a mind/body/spirit awareness.
