Our team is seeking the addition of an exceptional and experienced Studio Assistant with a CAN DO attitude and a desire to be of service to the Studio Manager and all other team members. 



You are a committed team player with highly developed problem solving, communication, and organizational skills. You are self-motivated, detail oriented, follow-through like a supportive team player does, and learn quickly. Become a guardian of our beautiful space in Carytown! We are seeking additional volunteers to take care of our studio along with other team mates. All volunteers must demonstrate reliability and a positive, respectful attitude with the intention of being of service to others. Each volunteer, work/trade shift is around 3-4 hrs per week and requires a 3-month commitment in exchange for weekly classes. It is required that
you have some flexibility in your schedule (& availability) to back-up team members once per week, when necessary. 


Front desk reception & student advising, marketing, and cleaning positions are available. All positions will include two weeks of hands-on training and attendance in one class per week to become familiar with our studio and class offerings. 


To be eligible for the Work/Study program, you must:

• Be accountable, dependable and punctual

• Have previous customer service and sales experience (for receptionist position)

• Have exceptional communication skills (in person & by phone)

• Be self-motivated, able to multitask and work independently

• Adhere to all current COVID-19 protocols and studio policies

• Be able to enforce policies while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude

Depending on your audition, background and teaching style, the possibility of a regular teaching position may arise at
Yoga Source based on the current needs of the studio and class schedule. We are actively interviewing and auditioning yoga and barre instructors and can't wait to meet you.  


To be eligible for the Instructor program you must:

  • Have a regular personal practice

  • Be currently teaching

  • Commit to the position for 6-months or one calendar schedule

  • Attend Yoga Source classes, events and meetings (once hired)

  • Be dependable, punctual and professional

  • Adhere to all current COVID-19 protocols and studio policies


In addition to the above, all Yoga Instructors must:

  • Be currently registered with the National Yoga Alliance, RYT-200 (or above)

  • Maintain Yoga Alliance continuing education standards

  • Follow Yoga Alliance code of conduct

  • Observe the Yamas & Niyamas
