Susan Kinahan

Susan's yoga journey began at 16 as a competitive athlete and the practice has supported her mental, physical, and spiritual growth ever since. After receiving a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work in 2011, Susan delved into yoga teacher training with ISHTA Yoga to satisfy her desire to deepen her yoga and meditation practice and to satisfy a deep desire to live holistically. Believing that yoga is for every body and there is a practice for each season of life, Susan immersed herself in a 300-hr Hatha Training in India, and a 113-hour prenatal, postnatal, and active birthing training, and 12-hour yin training while living in Australia to further her knowledge and offerings. Susan moved to Richmond in 2015 and currently enjoys teaching mindfulness, restorative practices, and pre and postnatal classes as she is currently expecting.
